Default codeine phosphate vs oxycodone

i was just wondering what the difference between codeine phosphate and oxycodone HCl is? i used to have a prescription for oxycodone (percocet?) and recently saw a friend with co-codamol which is the codeine phosphate. The oxycodone was 5/325 where the co-codamol is 30/500. i was wondering if the 5 compared to the 30 was relative or not.

Not even close, codeine is 1/10 of the strength of morphine, Oxy is almost 2 times stronger then morphine, that makes Oxycodone something like 20 times stronger then codeine.
