Default Cocaine/opiate/Adderall + birth control?

I just started on Ortho-Cyclen birth control pills in June, and noticed that certain drugs I frequently take can reduce their effectiveness, like Xanax, trazodone, valium, and other benzodiazepine tranquilizers. It said on the package insert that analgesics may also have that effect, but didn't specify what kinds.

I take hydrocodone and oxycodone for menstrual cramps, and sometimes cocaine or Adderall before studying for a big test, cleaning the house, etc. Will those drugs cause birth control to be ineffective and possibly allow me to get pregnant? Any opinion or advice will be appreciated.

Jesus Christ will help you through. -Betsy
