Default bad dreams

thank u dave have u any way off knowing how long that the dreams may last pleas ase they are realy upseting me cant stop thinking about them all day and every day realy neeb some help

Once you stop withdrawling then they should slow down and then finally stop.Unfortunetly there is no real time frame.Hang in there and remember they are just dreams and it's also a sign that things are happening in your brain which believe it or not is a good thing......Dave

P.S. Try going for walks in the morning and again at night.This helps promote endorphin production which makes us feel happy.It really does work,try it for a couple weeks and you will see what I mean.Hang in there.....Dave

i allso dream about heroin and that is realy hard to deal with have u hade all off this hapen to u
