Hello all,ok i can't seem to find a answer to this I have been trying to find out how many mg's of the ambien cr 12.5 is instant release and how many mgs are controlled release. I have tried the regular ambien 10mg which does make you fall asleep quicker but then i wake in about 4hrs later and the ambien cr 12.5 seems like it takes 2 hours to work but it does keep you asleep but also major tiredness through the next day.Anyway if some one could help me out with this it would be a major help I cant seem to get a answer from my pharmicist about how many milligrams are instantly released with the cr 12.5 and how many are controlled. thanks
