There's really no way to know til you try it.
Lexapro works on serotonin in the brain, while
Wellbutrin works on dopamine. It would make sense that anything that acts on dopamine would be helpful for people like us, but Wellbutrin's effect on dopamine is nowhere near as strong as vicodin, for instance. Which is just as well, since you're not trying to get high, simply to get relief from depression. I think all you can do is give it a try.
At one point my doctor added Wellbutrin to the SSRI I was taking, and it did help my mood a lot. In my experience, it's a good drug.
