I'm 21 years old

and i possibly took 2 x 30mg modified release Rilatine capsules accidently

I'm used to taking 30mg modified release, so it's certainly not the first time i use the pills! (taking it regulary for about 4 year years now)

Can this kind of dose be fatal?
I'm kind of worried right now,

I'm not suffering from te usual overdose effects (for now)

Your heart only beats so many times and then it stops permanently. We all have different tolerances to drugs. If you go to the search box at the top of this page and type in ritalin, then click on the drug search button you will find all the information you need about serious ritalin side effects and danger signs for overdose. I suggest you check it out for your own benefit. And don't take amphetamines to the point of wondering if this was the fatal dose that will cause your demise. God bless.

well, I take it on prescription, and I took 1 , but after I took it, i started wondering wether I already took 1 before or not ... So I'm just checking to be sure...

I'm sweating a little bit, but not more than normal

and my heartbeat is stable at 100bpm for about 2 hours now ...

guess I took only 1 after all? or maybe, the double dose isnt fatal ..

While all individuals react differently, you should be fine, 60 mg is not pushing near the lethal level. Many people who choose to recreationally use this stuff take a lot more then that without much severe reactions. If I understand correctly your saying the capsules are extended release? If so that's even better as it wont be an entire 60 mg dumping at once. Just monitor heart rate, blood pressure, mood, physical effects, etc, if anything becomes severe call medical help.
