withdrawing lexapro

I took Lexapro for 4 years and feel I no lomger need it. I tapered off over 3 weeks and had sharp zinger pains throughout my scalp. That subsided after a week and now 4 weeks later I have discovered a bald patchin the back of my head. Anybody had this experience?
