Could anyone please tell me how long valium stays in your system?
This is my first time on this and would like to know how long it stays in your system.

So you will show as clean on a drug test, how long is it effective or what do you mean specifically???

For a drug test, I took 2 one mg. How long will it take to leave my system? I rarely take them.

It will vary some depending on our size, BMI, amount we exercise, volume of water we drink, etc. But for the most part a single dose of valium 2mg will show negative after about four days to be safe for a urine test if there was not recent previous use. Hair tests will show positive for much longer.
