Default Ultram withdrawal cause sore muscles?

I have only taken a total of 30 doses of 50 mg Ultram...about 3 a day for the last 10 days. I finally ran out and now my muscles hurt so bad I feel like I've been run over by a truck. I hope it's the drug and not fibromyalgia. I was prescribed it for cramps and the mellow feeling in the evening was so nice I started taking it even when not necessary. I think I also had a bit of Seratonin Syndrome because I take 20 mg of Celexa per day as well. I definitely felt I could be addicted to it ...was thinking up ways to get more which scared me. Thus, decided to just not get anymore and last night was the first night. I had a terrible nightmare and woke up feeling sore all over.
Any experiences with this would be appreciated.
oh, and btw...quit drinking alcohol about 2.5 months ago, thus fear of becoming addicted.

well, I am actually replying to my own post. I seem to be doing ok now..if any of you were wondering LOL. I do think it was the Ultram that caused my muscle soreness. I honestly felt like I'd been run over by a truck. This was only after a short time on the drug too! I'd be very careful before taking this drug for any length of time. I was also very depressed and anxious yesterday. My original problem still exists but the added pain is gone! (note...it took 3 days to get out of my system.)
