Default tylenol and urine tests

Does anyone know if tylenol is detectable in urine tests especially if you take a lot of it? My friend took about 12 tablets and is worried that if she goes to the hospital she will get in trouble because they will be able to see how much tylenol she has taken.

If the hospital is looking for it, they can see it.

What was the dosage on each tablet? I hope they were only 200ngs. Even if she went to the hospital, and they did a urine test, I don't think she needs to worry about any troubles if she only took 2400mgs. Yes, thats a lot - 4x the recommended dose, and over the daily recommended, but the hospital wont know when she took them or exactly how many - just by a urine test.
