Default I'm so sorry word..

Hi Lilbri -This is Linda. I am very sorry to hear about your girlfriends mom.I'm not sure when you are planning to do your taper but i just had a word of advice -take it or leave it . In the middle of our taper Kevin's brother died , second one in two years. We went back for the memorial and to help Kevin's parents. His brother lived with the parents as dad has ALS. Needles to say it was a very emotional time and there was alot to do so I justified uping my sub dose and that caused my taper to last longer and I also think increasing at that time caused other w/d symptoms later. I know you aren't on Subs but I imagine same for pills too.Just be careful and keep in touch

Brian ... I send my most sincere condolences to you, your wife and family. It's so difficult to lose those we love. There is no one like a mom!

"..... we shall not all sleep, but we shall be changed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye .... the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised ...." I Corinthians 15:51-53 ...

She is at home now, no longer in pain but with the Father. I found comfort in that when I said goodbye to my dad a few years ago. I hope it helps. God bless.

Brian,

I am sorry I don't have any wonderful words of wisdom. I wish there was something that I could say or do to make this process easier on you and your wife. While I may not know you in person, I feel like we are all connected through this site as it is.

Your family here at drugs.com is thinking of you and praying for you during this difficult time. Wishing that you will feel peace knowing that your loved one is not hurting anymore. While it's no comfort to those of us left behind, it's the only positive thing that comes from those we love moving on.

I am sure you don't want to hear this right now, but please make sure you remain vigilant and watch your drug intake. I know you are down on yourself right now for not succeeding yet and emotions are high as well. Please don't let this be a free for all. It will make things harder in the end. You know this already, I just felt the need to remind you. You will remain in my thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.

((((((BRIAN))))))

Jean
