Hi Blossoms. I'm Naomi, also a tension headache sufferer. I feel that yours are very severe that you already take a stronger pain reliever like
fioricet. For the triggers, yes, stress is one. Although you also need to watch out for other triggers like an underlying depression or anxiety, a bad posture resulting to neck pains, eyestrain from too much being in front of a computer, clenching of jaw. You also might want to get enough sleep, exercise and eat on a regular basis. Hope this helps!
