    Default taking a chance here

I have been taking percocet 10 for at least 3 months due to a surgery but at the moment I'm in another state and I'm out!! The state I'm from It's a law that you can not transfer pain killers out of state through a pharmacy and the doctor will NOT call in the state that I'm in (Maine). I'm here for about 2 months for my husbands job. So the question is where can I go online to order percocet legally and don't spend a lot of money. But I don't have a prescription!
I went to the hospital here the ER and they gave me naproxen which is the same thing as aleve NOT HELPING the pain!!
So if there is any one out there that can help me with my question or any info please let me know
    Thank You

Wow, you're in between a rock and a hard spot. It sounds like a case of really poor planning.

I'm relatively certain that a Class 2 cannot be phoned in but perhaps your doctor can mail you hard copy prescription. Not sure if it would be honored in another state but since it's a dea issue, it probably would as long as the pharmacy can get in touch with the issuing doctor for verification.

If that doesn't work I would try for a referral from your home doctor to a local doctor along with a bit of a case history and treatment protocol.

If that fails, find a new doctor on your own in Maine who will write you. You'll have better luck if you try for something weaker like darvon or tramadol. Maybe call your health insurance company and see what they suggest. Take a quick trip home?

I know nothing about internet pharmacies and drug commerce but I'd be very leery of throwing money at anyone who says they will sell you Class 2 narcotics without a prescription. Make sure you have recourse but I don't think a credit card company or PayPal will offer much help if they know what you were doing when you got burned. Check out a forum called drugbuyers.com. Maybe you can find some practical info about online pharmacies in there.

After 3 months why do you still need a opiate pain killer, was your operation deemed a failure.I think you need to be careful with these pills as you've found out they can be addictive. This would be a very good time to get away from them.Take it from a 25 year addict.I'm trying to save you from alot of trouble....Good luck...Dave

If you have your rx at a drugstore like Walgreens,CVS,etc.,they will refill your meds no matter where the original rx is.I have had it done with no problems.

If you need to talk dhill413us@yahoo.com
Seems more to this story then meets the eye.I have been there! If I'm wrong I apologize.

Jesink, please don't get back on them, try something else.If you have been w/o them for a week then you don't need to start taking them again.Addiction is HELL!!!Take something less addictive, talk to your doctor there is other pain meds out there that work good and are less addictive.Good luck!!!!
