Subutex? Need help!

Im trying to quit Oxycotin, the doc gave me subutex to help with the withdrawls. Ive quit cold turkey before but I always go back, now with the subutex I dont have the sweats and shivers. THE REAL QUSTION IS: Im still REALLY itching for some oxy, if I take more subutex will that put the desire down a bit better or will it make me sick. I supposed to take half a tab, so what happens if I take a whole one 1 or even 2? I that bad? another qustion is if you gave a subutex to a person who has never taken an opiate like some of us have, would they feel anything?

If you're only on half an 8mg thats just not nuch at all! I'd talk to your sub dr. tell him/her how your feeling(wanting oxys) and that should tell your Dr. that you need your dose played with..More should curb the cravings...If someone not sued to opiates used it they would feel high,and propably get sick as well since the subs are actually really strong on the receptors..

More wont kill you or anything I am on 32-34mgs of suboxone/day....

what up dave, I have been reading your posts. pretty good. but dude there is no need for that much sub...dont you feel toxic? dont your kidneys hurt?


as for the cravings thats just the old neural pathways trying to be heard and obeyed so they dont get old and rusty...how long you been on sub(me 4 mos)...how long do you plan to be? just curious...i respect your opinion.

Butchy---I am on that much suboxone because I was shooting 25 bags of dop/day for 5 years....My kidneys dont hurt,and I make sure to drink atleast a gallon of water/day,and take LIV-51(I believe thats what its called) anyway its a liver suppliment....I know it alot of suboxone to be taking,but I trust my Dr. fully she's the greatest!....

Oh yeah and I wanted to add because you keep bringing up the toxic part...I'd rather be a bit toxic then dead bro...And I've already been dead twice...
