Default SUBOXONE STATUS

I am new to this forum and to Suboxone. I started my treatment on Monday night and am looking for some feedback from others in my situation. I'm not sure if my experiences are "normal" for this stuff or not. I was pleasantly surprised how well I felt within an hour or so of my 1st dose. Today is my 3rd full day on it. I take half of an 8mg tab 4 times per day. I felt pretty tired this afternoon and I have had a pretty bad headache this evening. Overall I know I feel much better then when I was withdrawing, but I feel far from good. I'm not sure if maybe my dosage is either too low or too high or if maybe my expectations, after reading many other posts, are too high. Any thoughts?

by the way opiod i was on about the same amount of hydro as you maybe a bit less. you are at the peak of withdrawal and should be at a peak sub amount to match it. just stick with your idea call the MD in the morning. Feeling tired is noraml, you may feel sore too, its just the hydro leaving your system, but the hydro is almost out, so the worst is almost over, try taking vitamins to help your tiredness and some excedrin (tylenol with caffiene_) for your headaches

Hi Opioid

Greetings from a brother. You are doing well - feeling tired and headaches are normal for the first few days. They should subside soon. Best advice I can give you at this point is follow your gut and discuss this with your doctor ASAP.

I have been following your Suboxone progress on my Forum "Suboxone" since day 1. Last time I heard from you (10/25), you were looking for a counselor. Any luck ? [?] I am no expert on the subject, but your starting dose (2mg x 3 per day for 2 days) does seem a bit low. However, I believe you are now taking the 2mg. x 4 per day, up to 10 days ?
This increase should help you feel better.

Slow down My first few days were no bed of roses. However, it gets better every day and I am now on day 12 and I can't speak highly enough for what this treatment has done for me You have done the right thing and you have alot of people here to support you. Come back to my Forum "Suboxone" (anrob11) and see what kind of replies you get and read again what has already been posted .

God Bless. Later. Tony [8D]

After five weeks on Suboxone, I feel fine. I do sleep alot, but I am taking Tramadol here and there for bad pain and that may be making me sleepy too. I do have difficulty going number 1 and number 2 (trying to be nice, here!) so I should drink more water and eat more fiber, which I have been.

So, not bad side effects, I rather like the deep sleep I've been getting. I am having those drug dreams, though. I'll bet some of you have them. You know, dreams where you're looking for your pills, or you're trying to get to your pills, etc.

I started at 12mgs. daily and am now taking 10mgs. I feel like I could drop another 2mgs. and may do so next week after I see my Doc.

By the way, I take Advil with Suboxone for headaches, no problem. Even Tramadol is not a problem and my doc. OK'd it.

Everyone have a great opiate-free day!
