    Default Smoking pot for withdrawls?

Hi there...I am new here and I am too addicted to opiates. My question is can smoking pot counter act the withdrawls from opiate drugs? I am completely aware of pot and its effects. I smoked plenty in college. I am 35yrs old now but I know pot is something I dont have to have but once in a blue moon and can put down whenever I want. Opiate drugs are completely different though...I cant seem to kick this addiction. Your insight would be very helpful.

    Thank You

All the pot does is get you stoned. It does nothing for your opiate w/d other than make you high. Not saying it's good or bad, just stating the obvious. If you want to detox off the opiates you should check out the following link for the Thomas Recipe. Lots of people use this and are successful. Good luck and God bless.
