Default ::Sighs:::

I have been taking the fentanyl patch 100mcg for like 2 months do to a chronic pain condition that the doctors have no clue about it. All my blood resluts come back normal except for a sedrate of 80 when the norm is 25..the sed-rate just says there is an infection in the body that is causing pain. I got fed up with the patch and everything. I've been sick since 6 years old and now I'm 25. I stopped the patch 4 days ago. Tomorrow will be day 5 and on tue i see my doc. I don't want a fix I want this to go away. My question is how long will the withdrawal last from this patch and is there anything i can do to help without taking a perscription drug. I could use some advise if anyone out there can help me.

Ryan

Hi Ryan, the physical withdrawls will last up to 10 days with the peak around the 5th day so your almost through the worst.Make sure you tell your doctor how you feel,there are other ways to treat your pain......Dave

Finally my pain is under control!!!!!!!
