neurontin is often prescribed for that. I take it for chronic nerve pain, but have noticed that I sometimes do not cum at all, even after 30+ minutes with my wife.

Lexapro, commonly prescribed for depression and or general anxiety has had a huge impact on me personally regarding that issue. I only take 10 mg per day, but I'd say that I went from lasting 3 or 4 minutes to around 20. I actually have to focus on getting off while having sex with my wife at times now. Not sure if its the same for everyone, but it certainly affected me. Now of course when I was in college, the most common cures passed down were 1. alcohol and 2. masturbating 5 minutes before sex. Now I don't encourage you to take up drinking, and you may feel a bit stupid going into the bathroom to do the latter before everytime...but they do work. Good luck and Godspeed (yes pun intended). P.S. if you ejaculate prematurely but can go again, you might try just explaining that to your partner....Say hey, this is how I work...I go quickly the first time, but I can perform multiple times. Just one more thought....from an evolutionary standpoint....the point of ejaculation is of course to deliver your sperm to an egg in order to reproduce. This actually means that people that do it quicker are more effective in reproducing (in terms of delivering the product)...I used to think about it like that just for kicks.

This is an easy one. All SSRIs have 'delayed ejaculation' as a major problem. Many men (and women) can't have orgasms at all on them. They are: Lexapro, celexa, prozac, zoloft, paxil... and all of their generic equivalents. Effexor and Wellbutrin 'preserve' sexual function, and would be poorer choices.
