Default Paxil to Lexapro back to Paxil

I have been on 40 mg Paxil for the past five years. I recently switched over to Lexapro. I started on 10 mg Lexapro for the first week then to 20 mg. I'm starting to feel numbness and tingling on my right hand pinky and ring finger. I'm thinking of switching back to Paxil as I do not want nerve damage on my right hand because I already have radial nerve damage on my left hand. The left-hander damage unrelated to Lexapro.

I have only been on Lexapro for one week. Do you think switching back to Paxil without weaning off Lexapro dangerous? I did not wean off Paxil when I switched to Lexapro.
