I just received a rx for Paxil CR today and will probably start taking it tomorrow. I've never taken any prescription drugs, and am a little worried about this one. My problem is an increasingly limited ability to drive without extreme anxiety (and I'm not a very good passenger either). Does anyone have any input on the success of this drug with anxiety/panic attacks?

Well.....nevermind. Thanks for the help. I took one pill and was fine for about 4 hours....then mild nausea, which steadily increased through the night and next morning. Dizziness and trouble focusing. Couldn't sleep. I will never take that medication again.
