OMG!!! KAI.... I LOVE KAI KAI... HE'S SOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I think the guy in the pic is kinda cute too... does he live in Germany??? Probably.... That would be my luck! LOL

I just think Kai Is So Picture/Poster Perfect!!!

How does one add a picture to their profile? I see yours but try as I might, I can't figure-out how to add one.

Actually, the guy in the picture is in Washington State. I bought Kai from him but the dog was in Germany while they were "fixing" a few things. All they did was screw him up in a lot of ways. Those German trainers! Everything is force. They just put way too much pressure on a dog.

Hey Kai... Well I guess Washington State is a little closer than Germany... LOL Ok, go to view profile than forum control options and on the left are a lot of options click on picture options. Tell me if that works. Also it might be because I answered about 6 questions to get some special status that might have something to do with it too. In order to do that... when you click on view profile in the right hqnd side there's a box that say answer a few questions blah blah blah... click on that. Let me know how it goes k?

About two years ago I made a lifestyle change and started eating healthier and started exercising. I lost 65 pounds and I've kept them off. Every time I think about quitting the smokes, I get a mini panic attack. I totally envision myself packing those 65 pounds back on and them some. And, let me tell you, an extra 65 pounds on this 5'2" frame ain't a pretty site!!

Hi. Stepz and Lyds. Geesh, you're both pretty ladies. If I had known, I would be posting here more often, and I'd probably have more clean time! LOL But, seriously, you are beautiful inside and out. Me? I'm doing really well lately. I've had a hard time stringing together clean days, but I have been either totally clean or very small usage (1 pill) for a couple weeks now. I really appreciate all of your support and just remembering me - that goes a long way with me.

Remeber... this has to be one of the hardest things in the world to do and with all you are dealing with... Just stay focused on healing both physically (first) then mentally. That doesn't happen overnight and like the old saying goes... it didn't happen overnight. Just please don't lose your will to do it!! Trust me... it was certainly NO CAKE WALK for me and I still have days when I'm in so much pain as well as just plain desire and it's not easy... Oh... it's not easy... it's just that those days are fewer and fewer (except the pain of course but I'm sure that once spring gets here that will be 100% better so I am always holding on to HOPE... O.K., In the spirit of recent changes to the board, I have put a picture of myself up in my profile. If I wasn't married to the greatest woman in the world I would comment about what lookers you all are........................... but I am married so I won't say that.

Today is going to be crazy so I probably will not be able to post much. That work thing really gets in the way of things we want to do doesn't it.

Girl... I'm just kiddin'... You can keep all those slides if ya want! But if you wanna take em off... go to edit profile and under a lot of your headings.. ie favorite movies... music... etc... delete all the stuff in those boxes and start all over. don't forget to save the change. Also... if you like someones profile song... say like I have Daughtry's new song on mine (It's Not Over)... if you liked that one etc... you just click on my player once then click add and it will add to your profile... so go check out some profile songs and find one you like and click on it... k? I hope this helps ya girl... I can't be on and off all day like I was yesterday and the day before (and you weren't!! ) LOL

OMG... You are a cutie... and you're right you're lucky your married!!! Oh and to the most wonderful woman in the world!!! That's the problem these days... all the good ones are taken!!! But it's ok... Thank you for sharing your pic!!! It is just so amazing how good looking we all are!!!! I know about the crazy day! Today is my Manic Thursday!!! Every Thursday I have to finish up all financials, and reports and get the bills coded and paid and get it done and overnight by 7pm!!! And that's not including the fact that everyone needs Lori so much more on these Manic Thursday's!!! I can tell you... when I used to take the meds... I bet I took more on Monday's and Thursday's!!! I never counted but I can tell you they were the worst of the days so I bet I did!!! Geeez... now what am I doing???? Uhhh... TONS of Excedrine and Patience!!!! And a cocked up eye brow every now and then works great! LOL

It is so great to see people putting some clean time together. My all time record for clean time is 50 days and I have only made it past 40 days twice before. Today is day 42 so, very soon, I'll be charting new territory.

Harumph, I posted a couple of times yesterday, but they didn't show up!
I am in the throes of depression, but still no pain pills. My doctor's office called yesterday to see if I was ok on medication because I cancelled my appointment with them. I just listened to the message, and haven't called them back. This is harder than I thought. I'm on the suboxone, but I still have cravings!!
Any advice?

I know the throes of depression. As many times as I kicked the habit (just to get back on them) I never dealt with the depression the way I did this time. It sucks. I am sorry that you're dealing with it, too.

Call your doctor back and tell them you are fine and don't need anymore meds, Gen. I know it's hard. But, you are so better off without them! As far as the cravings, believe it or not I haven't dealt with that....yet. I haven't let my guard down because I know as good as things are for me right now I could be faced with a craving in a second and that scares me as my home is not narcotic free.

What's your clean date? I forget.

I am praying. Hang in there!

Okay, Kai. You're married to the most wonderful woman in the world and I am married to the most wonderful man in the world. But you know what? Even considering that I will comment on what a looker you are. Distinguished, too. I don't think my husband would mind.

I have to comment on your 42 days. I still find strength in that. I probably always will.
