Hi H/L its like you said before ,Its how they are raised,basically ,they have a sweet temperment,and smart as heck,My friend has a pi bull ,got it when he was a pup,the lil kids loved him and he got along w/all the neighborhood kids,Here in Ala. If someone brings a chow to the animal shelter,they will not adopt them out ,they just euthanize them as soon as they come in,,Lots of people say,german sheps,turn on you,so do doberman's,chow's,pitbulls, rotweillers,its not true ,they all do not turn on you,The main reason a dog usually a big dog,may be provoked to attack ,also some big types get severe headaches because their brain is to large for their skull and It actually drives them crazy,if a dog that has a bad headache gets provoked then they attack,they don't really mean to,thay need to be checked by a vet,asap. and its up to the parents of small children to teach them how to approach or not approach a dog,and never put their faces in the dogs, face,if the dog is vicious then they are bad to lunge at a kids face and head,!! ,very dangerous !!Ps I will try to find that one funny pic and send it to you,tamm

BabySteps: Thanks for the kind words about my hubby. He really is too good to be true. I guess God figured I deserved it after being in an abusive marriage for 9 years. I have been married to my husband for 10.5 years and it honestly keeps getting better and better. He's awesome!

Another question; did the parents to that girl call you? What's the status? I hope you had a good day today... I know the energy is a big prob. but something you said was sotrue.... (about your husband and years married) I was married 15yrs and I have to say all and all the years were pretty good and fun until the last 2 and we opened our boating business. I never quit my career just incase and also had to put several hours a day and all weekends in opening it and taking care of the books, office, taxes and payroll and take care of the house and kids that I started demanding he take a day off on Sunday so he could help and that's when I really realized how selfish he was. Pitiful and I am so much better off now. Look at all that work I don't have to do now! LOL If you were in an abusive marriage prior.... You def. deserved a good man! How did you guys meet?

funny you should ask, B-STEPS, i am not sure how much more stress i can take. the local police are involved definately. i am quite sure i will soon be taken in for child endangerment. i don't believe this. plus, i do not believe me and my big mouth. i actually told her that i believed the kid did sneak into my alcohol and did sneak out of my house-it just popped out!!! ME!!!! it must have been the w/d is all i can say b/c you bet your behind i for sure know better than that one. i just admitted to child endangerment, a prosecutable offense plain and simple. i cooked my goose!! what the heck?????!!!!!?? like i didn't know better than that??? ya never say anything! nothing! never volunteer info!!!!NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER!!!!!! ESPECIALY NOT SOMETHING LIKE THAT I JUST ADMITTED A CRIME. holy god. i was thinking, just tell the truth, tell the truth. NEVER TELL THE TRUTH NEVER TELL THE TRUTH IT IS THE WORST POSSIBLE THING YOU CAN DO. ALWAYS LIE TO THE COPS. Hey Tamara02~ That is interesting what you said about religion. I have always been that way. I am a ministers daughter...you know what they say about that..LOL! But honestly my Dad is now the Director of the Pastoral Care at a major medical center up here. What he does is he supervises student (of any religion) that will learn how to minister to the sick and dying in the hospital setting. He has had students from every religion you can imagine. My whole life he has always encouraged my curiosity, buying me great books and taking me to conferences that talk about such things. We just went to Harvard to a retreat doing meditation with a monk from India. It was really cool. He did this meditation that he talks you through it was a great experience. My dad also really believes in the laying on of hands and that sort of stuff. Cool stuff for sure!!!

How funny is that loser at the other board?? What a butt munch!!! Between you, me and H/L we'll keep him in line!!!!

BTW Bobby ~ Very impressive!! Great job throwing those pills away. I think you just passed the line into true recovery. Congratulations!! You should be very proud of yourself. Do you know how many people will have used today as an excuse to use. "oh, it is like a holiday...the Super bowl won't be any fun if I'm not high.." that sort of thing and you did the opposite. GOOD JOB!!!!

H/L~ I can't believe what is going on with the alcohol and the girl. It sucks. It just doesn't seem fair at all!! It would never even occur to me to lock up the one bottle of gin in my cabinet (for my mom when she visits at the holidays etc.) if my daughter was having some friends over or something. Well, I guess I will now, but that just seems so wrong. Has everyone that goes to "other side" (the need to talk forum) noticed that while we have dick weed back to deal with it seems that Sweetchikkk has gone missing.....very interesting!!!!

Hi Babysteps! It amazes me how much some of us have in common other than drug addiction. LOL My husband and I actually met 22 years ago. He had a small "crush" after we got to know each other, but he was in a relationship with someone else and I was in a relationship with someone else and he just didn't pursue it. We remained friends and in touch off and one over the years. And, believe it or not, we went through divorces at the same time! We didn't start dating until about a year after our divorces and then married a year after that. I truly know we were meant to be together. But, can't look behind us. We both have some great kids that we wouldn't have had if our lives had played out any differently. Thanks for asking!

hey TOM! whazzup man? it's great to have u back! yah, i'm always in trouble. hehehe. what is chillin with you? haven't fallen off your ladder? i am headed into day number nine, yes i am.starting to feel fairly well, just tired. i take like 3 naps a day, go to bed at 12 and wake up at four. now if i could fix that nite stuff i would be in business. even if i stay up all day it still happens. ah well, time will help i guess. no cravings yet to speak of. BABYSTEPS: u have fun in san antonio. i am seriously thinking at end of semester in four weeks it is time for a vacation myself. someplace warm to celebrate and GET AWAY. i have a fourteen year old complication though. HAHAHA.plus that may be hard to get out of jail for.... SYD this was all off the record, my discussion with the officer, we were talking about something else, and this subject came up. she was rather doing me a favor letting me know what was going on, that my daughter was also involved in this ( was sneakin a little drinkin too) and that is how the convo started so i wasn't in trouble when i started blabbing. i just MADE myself in more trouble than i was because i was honest aka STUPID. TAM: i still haven't got that pic. i don't know what the prob is. what email r ya sendin it too? the msn one? we have just got to start planning a get together girls. it would be so awesome. (sorry tom, but we would think of u over margaritas.)
