The prescription you have from 2/7/09 should be perfectlfy okay to use. I used to work as a pharmacy tech. years back and if it hasn't changed the script is good for 6 months. If Subutex/Suboxone is considered the same Class drug as say
methadone, at least in California, you can't get a refill okayed by phone, you must have a written prescription each time each time you get it filled (Gee do ya think this has anything to do with $$$$), alright I'm being synical

I agree with The Big Guy...hehehe, I would just fill the script you have. You can just get $45.00 worth (or however much money you have) and get the rest when you can. This way you are not chalking up a bill at the Dr. office, dont' have to worry about drug testing, "convincing" him, etc and you are good to go.
