Question Neck/Jaw Pain -- Paxil Related?

My husband was on Paxil for 2-3 years. He abruptly stopped using it (no insurance). Currently he is on 150mg. of Effexor 1x/day.

He started having pains in his jaw some time later, which escalated into chronic neck and jaw pain.

We've tried everything...physical therapy, dental treatments, the whole nine. Recently we've read a small percentage of people suffer from these pains as a side effect of Paxil.

Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, is it treatable? He is in constant pain and the doctors just don't know what to do.

Thanks!
