Default Multiple pill addiction!

I wanted to write something really quick.
I was almost killed June 7, 1995.
On the job injury!
I have been on so many pills for so long I thought
I was always going to feel insane.
I was wrong! I am feeling really good.
The medication was killing me. The doctors used me like a blank check. You can make it it is insane, but once you come through the otherside you will be ok. I am 6 months with no medication!!!!
I thought it was impossible, I was wrong.
You can do it. Yes, you feel like you won't, but you will.
This forum is great for those with problems like this.
The doctors act like it is nothing. They make you feel
like there is something wrong, SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE MONEY!!!!!
It is always some other problem. I did this all alone.
Most enlightening. You have everything you need in yourself.
Be strong and don,t flip out. The doctors are using us.
I will tell my story soon.
God Bless You

OK, WHAT NEXT?

I have read all the forum responses. It is much like most forums, full of hate, impending dome, anxiety, etc. All signs of imbalance of the human body. We like to lash out at people for some reason, instead of trying to be understanding.
One thing is for sure, we are facing a lot of stress everyday. I was almost killed on June 07, 1995, at an extreme industrial chemical processing plant(see story below). For some unknown reason I was given some vision about people and what they think. I’m also able to see the spirit or energy that leaves the body when so called death occurs. I realized this in 1979. I also can see that I have had this since birth. It is either genetic or was taught to me by my mother, who died May 29th, 1979. I was 23 at that time.
It is interesting to me that most people are afraid of what they don’t understand.
Obviously the environment is affecting everyone. The human body is amazing in fact that it can feel minute changes in measurements of energy and matter all around us. I believe this is the key. The energy that is released from our bodies at death is measured in scientific research to be 28 grams. That is the exact weight we lose at the time of death.
I can see the energy released when people’s spirits are wrenched from there bodies.
It is translucent and passes through matter. The color seems to be white and truly moves amazingly fast.
It is a reward for our struggles we endure in our body’s life. Our chemical make ups are
also a key for the things we would like to see and to understand. Everything we need is in our immeasurable spirit, or energy we all possess. I have had an experience where a six inch needle was passed through two large nerves in my back. The seemingly electrical
energy we have is amazingly strong. It is real.

The Earth’s energy fields are changing. I actually feel it. I believe we all feel it, but choose to ignore it.

I have lived overseas where the pollution is so bad you will become quite ill breathing the air. Your body wants to reject it. It is as if you are suffocating. It is unbelievable, and everyone should experience this.
Radiation is a huge part of this pollution. My personal experience allows me to see and feel these things. The industrial world of India, China, Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, and more are truly unchecked. I believe that if this continues, it is our apocalypse. The Earth will have to clean itself soon. That is what we are experiencing now. There is way too much synergy of unbelievable amounts of concentrated chemicals in the atmosphere.
The human race is capable of solving this. We must stop ignoring it immediately! When the uneducated and impoverished exceed the majority of the people on Earth, that will start the collapse. This started a long time ago, and is gaining speed.
Money, power, and control seem to be inherent in all of us. The haves and have not,
is the most powerful influence in all societies?
I believe everyone should experience having nothing, including hope. It very remarkably enlightens. A skill we all need if we are to survive.
Something third world countries have refined to a high degree.
Caring for others and helping others, WOW!

Sincerely,

Robert C Ramsey

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

What happened to BOB, June 7, 1995?

Bob worked at Reynolds Metals Co., Sherwin Plant, in Gregory, TX I feel that the average American wage earner should know what could happen to them if they are injured on the job. The story that I have to tell will amaze anyone. It began on a normal day in the life of an industrial mechanic. One hour into this normal day at 8:30a.m.four mechanics were given a vessel that is about 7 stories tall. The supervision checks and certifies that the vessel is down, drained, denergized and ready to work. The operation supervisor actually measures the inside of the vessel to make sure that there are no chemicals or product still remaining in the vessel. This routine operation that is performed before the mechanics are given the vessel to work. A white lock-out tag is secured to all valves that isolate the vessel (#3 Dilator) by a responsible supervisor to insure the safety of all the people working on the unit. A red danger tag is then hung by mechanics working on the job to show that people are working on the unit to ensure that the supervisor does not remove his tag and show that there is someone on the unit. Bob was assigned the dump valve replacement which is a normal routine job. The cone is also rolled out for cleaning to insure drainage during normal operation. We where told during job assignment (turnover) that the vessel had been taped, or measured. According to JSP (job safety procedure) the measuring of the Diluter is done before the supervisor hangs his white tag, certifying the vessel is drained and safe to work there was an operation and maintenance supervisor on the level with Bob that morning. Bob had just worked two consecutive sixteen hour days and was leaving for a vacation in two days. Bob had rented a cabin on the Frio River in Concan Texas. Ten people going to rest and relax in riverside cabin. The whole time no one was aware that nobody had measured the vessel that morning. Guess what happened to Bob when he rolled open the cone on .the bottom of this vessel. He was burned with 247 degree Caustic over 20% of his body! Bob had to jump from a platform about 4 or 5 feet high. Bob was burned immediately when the chemicals hit him. He doesn't remember jumping at all. Everyone stands and looks at him in disbelief. He immediately starts to tear his shirt, goggles, and glasses off and rushes to the safety shower to get the chemicals off of his melted flesh! This is only the first fifteen minutes of Bob's day on June 7, 1995.

It is now eleven years later and Bob is still seeing Doctors. His life is consumed with his misfortune. Bob spent 13 days in intensive care burn unit at Memorial Medical Hospital. This the only local burn unit. He had surgery on the ninth day after intensive hydrotherapy debreedment on his right hand and arm, left arm, right abdomen, and right leg. He finally broke his 102 degree fever which enabled him to be stable enough to go trough the operation. Bob was given a skin graph on his right leg. He chose the donor sight just below the burned thigh so that he would have only one large scar instead of one on each leg. Bob had his right leg and knee x-rayed on the second day in intensive care because of the pain in his legs and back. He was unable to walk till about the fifth day in intensive care. Bob had never been hurt before in his whole life. He tried to shake it off because that was the culture that he worked in most of his life. Bob is a big man, six foot three 2751bs. I forgot to mention that the company doctor sent him home that morning! The medical department staff was kind enough to give him a ride home right after his 75 units of Demerol. The company doctor, Wendell Roberts, told him to come on back in the morning and the nurse would change the dressings that they put on him. I also forgot to mention that he had to walk to medical by his self. Up and down flights of stairs over tanks mainly because the pain was unbearable and he knew he needed immediate medical attention!

I also forgot to mention that Dick Dubouis knew that the vessel had not been tapped, because just before Bob was injured, he went to check the top of the vessel with Ray Herrera and Gus Martinez. He actually stood next to Bob and watched him open the bottom of the vessel knowing that there might be 247 degree caustic sitting in the bottom of the vessel. He didn’t have to wait long to find out. E. Polanco, Bob's foreman, acua1ly handed Bob the hammer that was used to knock the flange loose at the bottom of the vessel. According to JSP 23310, written by Dave Ogle in 1967, Bob had no reason to believe that anything was in the vessel since he was told in the morning meeting that the vessel was ready to work, tapped and safe to work. I forgot to mention that there was 13 mechanics in that meeting when it was discussed. There was so much caustic in the cone that it actually filled Bob's levis front right pocket. Witnesses at the scene say that there was about 25 to 100 gallons that dumped on Bob. Bob's gloves where also filled with the mixture of chemicals. Lucky that Bob was a tall man for the chemicals started down Bob's right shoulder to his feet. Bob's eyes were covered with the only required safety equipment, mony goggles and gloves! The gloves were filled with caustic. Bob's eyes were closed as soon as the chemicals hit him. This was a natural reaction when 247 degree caustic is dumped on you. The chemicals seemed to hit Bob for what seemed an eternity, burning him through his clothes. Entering every possible wrinkle and crevice that the steaming hot chemical could find! Bob finally decided that he could not wait out the amount of chemicals flowing out on him with a force that almost knocked him down. Bob was in shock and doesn't remember his unconscious leap of f the 4 foot platform. All he remembers is when he came around he was on all fours on the level below were he was working with Johnny Morris. He was covered with scolding caustic. He began to rip at his clothing, throwing his hard hat, goggles, and safety glasses. His gloves flew off his melted flesh.
He remained to keep his eyes closed as someone helped him to the nearest safety shower. By now he had removed his shirt and got under the seemingly cool 100 degree water! Bob stood looking at his melted flesh on his right hand and arm as the water rolled over his body. He reached a point that the pain was so intense that he wanted to break and run for the medical building. He walked about 12 feet to the stairs noticing what he thought was 50 percent caustic running down the multiple flights of stairs just over his head! He ran back to security of the water that seemed to offer a brief moment of relief. He could no longer stand the pain and took off across 9 and 15 settlers up and down several flights of stairs; His only concern was to reach the Medical building! The pain from his burns over rode the injury in his back, neck, arms and legs. Everyone stood silent in disbelief. Bob entered Medical convinced that they would immediately rush him to the hospital. He told Dr Wendell Roberts and Dolores Ulke RN that the pain was unbearable! The doctor started cutting the melted flesh from Bob's right hand as the nurse prepared 75 units of Demerol, stopping to ask the nurse if she should use the new bottle or just us the old bottle with about 50 units. He was given the injection as the doctor continued to cut the skin from Bob's hand. Bob remained strong and macho as the culture he worked in molded him. The doctor started telling the nurse that he looked just fine as the Demerol was taking affect. Bob started to believe that maybe his intense pain was just in his mind. The Doctor immediately got him a security guard, Nattily, to take him home, first stopping at the Portland KMART to fill a prescription that he prescribed for pain. They had wrapped Bob's right arm and hand, right abdomen, and right thigh after putting on a massive amount cream. As the security guard pulled in to KMART, Bob had the air conditioner vents on maximum pointing towards him. The guard ran in as Bob told her he was hurting. She returned quickly telling Bob that he had to go inside to fill out some papers! Bob became extremely frustrated and told her to take him by his pharmacist on the way to his house and put on his account! His only concern was to get home were he would fill secure. He went straight to his bed. I forgot to mention that the doctor told him to come on back the next morning and if he needed a ride to call. Bob lay in his bed for about five hours. The heat was so intense that the cream they had covered him with was running out of his bandages! He could not handle it any longer and his wife decided to rush him to Spohn South Emergency Room, after first calling his family doctor Bruce Addison who meets them at the ER The doctor asked Bob in disbelief if the company doctor sent him home like this! WOW! The ER staff could not believe it. They immediately put Bob in a decontamination shower because the chemicals were still on him. They scrubbed him down with nylon surgical scrubbers. After removing all the bandages and cream and chemicals, they were more dismayed that anyone could send this man home in this condition! Dr Addison called for an ambulance as he gave Bob a Powerful pain shoot. Bob was rushed to Memorial ICU Burn Unit All the burn unit staff and Dr Riveria, the surgeon on call that evening, was amazed and could not believe that Bob was sent home that morning! Bob spent 95 days in bed. Bob decided to go back to work Sept. 11, 1995. He was sore and still had trouble getting around, He called for a. meeting with the plant manager and union president on the second day. He had a lot to get off his chest. He told Frank Newchurch, Yolanda Pena, Phil Madrid, and Andy Rosas his side of the story since discovering that management had tried to cover up the incident. It was of little good since management had to play games to keep from being liable!

Bob didn't hear another word from them again.

Bob was told behind closed doors that what management had done was criminal by several midmanagement people. AI Withers, Omar Gonzalez, Del Lockhart, E. Polanco, Max Slaughter, Mario Quintanilla, Dick Duboise, and everyone present that day. They truly wanted Bob to Just Fade Away! It is now April 29, 2006 and Bob continues to seek treatment for his injuries. He suffers from two herniated disk in his back, also a compressed vertebra L5. He has Peripheral Neuropathy in his legs and feet, arms and hands. A pinched nerve in his neck, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Mild Traumatic Brain Injury, a coherence problem in his brain, scarring from third degree burns, Psychological problems, complete distrust of his management at Reynolds. Bob has a fear of being burned that will be with him the rest of his life. He is unable to get near the bottom of the vessel were he was burned. Just 5 days after returning to work, E. Polanco put Bob on the same job were he was injured. I feel that they felt that this was funny. Bob was an employee that got involved in all parts of the Sherwin Plant organization. He was one of the first hourly mechanics to become setup as a supervisor. Bob is on the emergency control team, contracting out committee, Process action team #3, insurance committee, certified bridge crane inspector (American Crane Association), Certified Emergency Care Attendant (by the State of Texas). Bob was setup supervisor on and off for about three years. He got along with everyone and was well liked before his accident. What happened to Bob? Bob changed after his accident. He now has a bad attitude. Bob has filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, and is close to having his home foreclosed! He hasn't been able to work over time because of his physical and mental condition. Bob takes five types of medication. He dropped his annual income by 20,000.00 dollars. His whole life has changed and his company doesn't want to hear about it. They feel that the accident was his fault! He has tried to get his 40IK money out of his account to pay past due mortgage payments of about 5,850.00 dollars since December 27, 1995. This is how big business breaks down an individual. Bob was told by Reynolds that he was one of their most important assets! Thank goodness he is not considered a bad employee. Big business has gotten state legislation to pass laws to protect them against law suits by people like Bob. Bob has little recourse against Reynolds. He feels hopeless against powerful companies like Reynolds Metals Co. They have made cases like this considered law suit abuse! The American wage earner actually voted for this type of legislation, or have they? If you feel the way that Bob does, please write to me.

UPDATE: Bob lost his house, his family, his career, his friends, and even his mind. He had to leave work for medical reasons after returning. The Texas Workers Compensation Committee awarded Bob a 51% whole body impairment.
Social Security Administration awarded Bob a full disability, without lawyers or judges.
After 2 years, Bob went back to work again. He became Chairman of the Workers Comp. Committee for his Local 235A United Steel Workers Union. He took on the role of Ombudsman for the injured employees. He was able to get settlements for everyone he personally helped. The only one that was not awarded was a case that the injured hired a lawyer. Because of this role, after 3 years, he was severely attacked by all levels of management, Personnel, and even his friends and workers. Plant Policies were changed just to try to terminate Bob. They tried giving Bob 3 consecutive reprimands to fire Bob. All in about a weeks time, because Bob tried to uncover the illegal acts of the Plant management. He called in MSHA to reveal the criminal acts. That was a real laugh! He contacted high levels of Corporate help, which was the real joke. After ALCOA bought Reynolds, they awarded him a Total and Permanent Disability Retirement. Bob was never fired or terminated. Bob was awarded a life sentence of despair.
Large Corporations have total control over all intities of Local, State, and Federal Governments and yes, laws!
You can be sure of only one thing, Large Corporations will make your life a living hell for revealing all the illegal deception that is happening everyday in the United States of America. Yes, you will be snubbed out, exactly like the Mafia does, but with the backing of American Laws. Are you really free? Is there corruption?

NEXT: A true story of lawyers and their brotherhood!
