Microgestin FE 1/20 & Breast Lumps

This is the birth control my girlfriend (19 years old) is on and we recently discovered some lumps in both of her breasts... the lumps start at one end of her breast and go to the other in a line kind of... she's also a B cup if that makes any difference. She's worried about this and I am too. They are very tender and her breasts have been tender for about two weeks now. We are going to schedule an appointment ASAP but are looking for some answers now. What could this be? A cyst? Fibroadenomas? Pseudolumps? Or worse?

EDIT: It can be moved, but like I said, it is very tender. Also, the lump takes up most of her breast and is kind of hard. With my research, I seem to be leaning towards fibroadenomas... Does this need to be taken care of or what? Pleeease let me know, we will not sleep until we hear something.
