Default Looking for info from an RN on the Forum

So I will try and as brief and concise as possible:
In a male under 30
"insignificant" findings:

PVC's-no rhyme, no reason-they just happen and scare the hell out of me.
I usually get a little dizzy following them.

Incomplete Right Branch Bundle block or 1st degree block, or AV block...I get a different 1 each time!

Slight Mitrial Valve regurgitation

Normal Stress test-no PVCs during test and went up to the highest level without any problem. However...following the test I had a few bouts of PVCs.

I have very mild thickening of the left ventricle.

negative 5HIAA test repeated 4 times

Negative EPS study

All blood work is normal

Significant findings:

Random but exaggerated fluctuations in blood pressure:
My average normal range is 116/65-155/100
When I have a blood pressure "episode" it has gone as high as 240/140 but only mildly tachy in the 110-120 zone. I have had tachycardia but when my rate goes up my bp drops as well as the inverse. When my BP spiked so high one time something happened and my bp just crashed to 70/40 and I almost fainted.

Speaking of fainting: I have had (albeit not recently) dozens of episodes of near syncope. These were my first signs and all the rest followed.

I was a long term user of opiates, a very hardworking athlete, I used steroids a few times but nothing insane and always under a doctors guidance.

It seems clear to me that my heart has simply taken a lot of wear and tear from my bp skyrocketing for an hour or so...any clue anyone?

Try directing your post to mags. She is an RN, I spoke with her yesterday and she should be online here today. God bless.
