lexapro withdrawals feel like your pregnant?

hello all,
new kid on the block here. i have been on lex for GAD and MDD for 5 years now and have gone off of it one time several years ago. i titrated down and felt the "zaps" but mostly the worst issue was the return of the panicky feelings to almost feeling worse than before i started. i also had crying spells and was generally emotionally labile.
the issue im having now is that now that i have tapered down once again, i am extraordinarily nauseous from lunch to dinnertime and very moody. my concern is that im pregnant (too early to test yet) but im wondering if its just a side effect of the withdrawals. like i said, i titrated in this exact same manner before and had no nausea like this, its almost like a pattern. also, it never messed with my menstrual cycle.
has anyone experienced pattern like nausea after discontinuing lex?
