lexapro withdrawal

was on lexapro for a month. had to stop it very adruptly about 5 days ago cos it was worsening my depression . it made feel much more worse everytime i took it . was on 10mg . having really severe withdrawal symptoms now like extreme pressure in my head , feeling headachy ,severe burning sensations all over my body , extreme fatigue , no apetite , crying spells , mood swings , anxiety , agitation , suicidal feelings , lightheadedness , vision problems , feeling very detached , aches and pains . don't want to go back on it at all cos i know it going to make me feel a lot worse . scared to go back on it . does anyone know how long a lexapro withdrawal is ? and also does anyone know what i can take to help me with withdrawal symptoms - food , herbal or alternative medince ?
