Hello, I have been ordering from Jupiter Pharmacy for several months now, and have recently placed my third order (about 3 & 1/2 weeks ago) and it has yet to arrive. Granted, their corporate offices are located in St. Kitts in the Caribbean and they ship from India, however the past 2 times I have received my order in absolutely no less that 2 calender weeks. It has now been over 3 calender weeks since I was told this order was shipped and have yet to receive it. I know that the Thanksgiving holiday slower everything down, but I mean come on, it had at least a week (5 biz days) to travel; I emailed the company and they said they would simply re-ship it. My concern is this: if on the rare, off-chance my order was seized by either US or foreign customs at the port, won't it just happen again to the followup order? Or once in a blue moon does it just take friggin forever to arrive? Has anyone else experienced this problem from this site/company? Any input would be GREATLY appreciated, because the company's customer service dept is not really giving me the whole story I think and when I asked them for the registration number (since all their packages are sent registered mail, and thus we could track it via the local post office) they simply avoided the question. Please, anyone, you input into this would be appreciated.
