Not getting any professional help or advice. | As far as the steady reduction, you should simply reduce as far as you can comfortably. I think it's great that you can do it that way. I've never been able to taper my usage. I always started off with the best of intentions, but would end up over using. When I stopped, I went cold turkey. The withdrawals are pretty bad. For me, the worst phyiscal withdrawals lasted about 3-5 days. The emotional withdrawals were the worst thing to deal with and lasted much longer than that. You WILL get through it, however. Keep posting and let us know how you're doing!
