Ok..my best friend has a bit of a ritalin/cocaine problem. She recently noticed a rotting smell in her nose and found a hole in the cartilage between her nostrils. It smells disgusting and is quite painful. What should she do? Has anyone ever heard of this?

Yuck, she needs to go see a E/N/T doctor, it'll probably require surgery to repair such as a rhinoplasty. She shouldn't let her drug problem prevent her from seeking medical assistance. It sounds like the dope burned a hole through her septum. Maybe it'll heal, you know freaks like to pierce their septum, but she should worry about infection.
