supplement to increase your metabolism to counteract that side effect. Really need something for my depression. Lex worked great for me, but I started reading bout all the weight gain and got scared and stopped taking it. Especially with summer here now. I dont want to gain weight!!!!

Well some of the supplements on the market are just as strong and dangerous as prescription meds, and some of them do alter the effectiveness or your bodies reaction to the med. I know that many antidepressants warn you about taking certain supplements with them. So you would need to check out the names of the active ingredients in the supplements you are interested in trying, and then check for interactions.
