debpurpletiger, you may be a health professional, but you obviously are misinformed about
suboxone.
it is NOT the naloxone overriding the
hydrocodone in the vicodin.
it is the bupe, which binds very strongly to the receptors, naloxone is only there so people dont shoot it. if you take it sublingual, like it says, the naloxone does nothing..
once you take subs, you have to take LARGE amounts of opiates, to override the subs, not the naloxone. this only comes into play if you shoot it.
maybe you should do some more research before you tell people you know what you are talking about.
pureplaya, that is why you dont feel any opiates you take. the subs are very powerful, you have come so far and you dont want to waste the vicodin. thats crazy. all the will to succeed.
