Default I'm new here and looking for friends.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Angel. I came here looking for some support to help me beat my long time addiction to opiates. Granted Ive only been doing them for about three years, that is still a long time when your only seventeen. I have destroyed everything I have ever cared about for those damn pills, but I have been lucky enough to find some purpose in life. I've found a girl who I love so very much, but I know that everytime I take those things Im hurting her. I can't allow myself to hurt her any longer. I always figured I could kick it on my own, but with the exception of a 5 month period spent doing crystal meth I never been off of them for more than a few days unless I was in a position where I couldnt get them no matter what I did. Ive gotten to a point where the withdrawals wont be that painful for me due to the level I have gotten myself used to, it isnt that high right now, I know I can get through that part. In short, I need help. No more can I allow myself to hurt her, I love her too much and I would rather be dead than cause her pain. Im asking the community here to please help me to destroy this thing that has controlled my life all this time. I know it will never really go away, but if I can learn to live with it, then I know I'll make it.

Hi

I hope you are not hurt with my response, it is too be clear to you that you have lost a natural control of mind and what naturally controls your behavior are not in your control, but if you really love her then people give up every thing for there love, especially in east. Simply give up the drug.

I can show you an easy way just face your self with the extent of cold water that you can not tolerate. Frequently repeating this excercise will help you, if still you can not give up, then if you believe on christ and christinity then frequently visit church if you can not get anything from that then start the study of Islam and deeply study it.
For you, selecting a religious life will not only help you but will aslo change your life, your behavior.

Wish you all the best.

Your friend,
Atiq

I love to have thousands of friends.

Hi Friend!
Have you tried to quit? Trust me it is hard to get to that point.
Please do it fot the one you LOVE. Your story reminded me of my highschool sweetheart, and I lost him to a drug overdose. I've never gotten over it. If you need to talk ANYTIME, about anything please don't hesitate.
I'm atually on day 5 of withdraw, but I am determined to get through this!

Hi Angel: Is there a doctor you can see that can prescribe buprenorphene. You can use this drug to detox and make it easier for you to quit. You will likely fail if you try and quit without medical assistance......Daven

Finally my pain is under control!!!!!!!
