OTC Dulcolax suppositories always did the trick for me...10-20mins...and you should be all good.

you just have to get used to sticking something in your butt!

(its not that bad actually, especially compared to the toxicity you feel when you cant go...)

there is an amazing product called oxy oxy ( not to be confused with roxy!! lol). It is all natural and have never heard of it not working.because its natural you have to take like 6 to get going....then you can decide how many to take daily to insure you keep going. It also does not give you the laxative cramps that many others do....and you can control the urge..meaning you wont dookey in your pants!!! You have to order it online....do a google and find the best price
good luck...its not only uncomfortable to be plugged..its unhealthy....

good luck on that buddy.

Default Constipation

There's a lot of products you can use, but I would advise you to drink lots of water along with whatever product you choose to use.

Default Opiate Constipation

I think a huge part of it is that opiates dehydrate you (along with slow down your digestive tract).

You want to be careful because if you take laxatives on a regular basis....your system may get "lazy" and you won't be able to go without using them.

My suggestion is lots of fiber and water. Benefiber works really well. It's tasteless and totally disolves in whatever beverage you put it in. I put a teaspoon in my coffee in the morning and a teaspoon in a glass of juice at night. You won't even know it's there! Start with a teaspoon twice a day and slowly up it until you're regular. And make sure you always have a bottle of water within reach at all times.

Good Luck!
