I already told you that I would help you with the Ashton Method if you want to do it. Here is my concern though. You have almost two weeks under your belt. If you order valium/diazepam online it will likely take several days anyway to receive it. You will almost be past this by the time you get the meds. At least I would think so. Seems you would be going backwards at that point as you will have almost three weeks clean by then. Just my way of thinking.

I don't recommend buying anything on the street but if you can get a couple xanax somewhere and get to the dr at least see what she suggests first. It would help if the dr was in your court when you began with the Ashton Method. She could prescribe your meds much more easily than you buying them online or on the street. If you just want to go ahead with the Ashton Method that is your call. You need to get the valium and when you have them we can move forward. Let me know what you decide. God bless.

The Ashton Method is the way I've decided to go upon further research and new developments in the way I'm feeling as this is the first time dealing w/ the light headedness and a few other symptoms that I can't bare...I'm curretly trying to locate a few xanax although ironically enough I realized I was the one supplying my "friends" w/ benzos...crazy as after attempting this a second time I feel bad for supplying someone w/ benzos yet now in my time of NEED I didnt even hide a couple for emergencies! Anyway...if I cant locate a few xanax to make it to the Dr. today then its going to be a long weekend and week until I find a good quick resource for valuim! Then I will start the Ashton Method and give a day by day diary of what Im feeling and how it works for me!

I totally understand you wanting to do this. I think you should tough it out personally but this would be my next choice. That was why I brought it up in the first place. It's the next best option. Let me know what you end up doing. I'm here if I can help either way. You may not always like to hear what I have to say but I promise I will only tell you what I believe is best. God bless.
