Default Going for help

Well I have an appointment at 12:15 on Wednesday and I'm finally going to come clean with my doctor. I came clean with my husband last night. I still have 30 pills and I'm trying not to take them, yeah right. But the good news is I am going to talk to my doctor. Hopefully, she can get me to a doctor who can give me Suboxone and point me in the right direction. I have two insurances, but I can't leave work for rehab. I just got a dream job. Please keep me in your thoughts. Amy

Hi,

Wish you the best of luck. Mind if I ask what pills you have? Were you taking lexapro?

I have been on Vicodin, and also on 20mg of Lexapro.

I'm scared to talk to my doctor and I hear that it is such a progress to get on Suboxone (sp?) but I am going to try.

Thank you for all the well wishes....I need them.

Suboxone will help you like you wouldn't believe. It will take al;l cravings and withdrawls away allowing you to get your life back on track and at the same time your brain will start to produce endorphins again. When you and the doctor feel ready then you can start a slooooow detox off the suboxone(buprenorphene).Good luck....Dave
