Foot pain

I am seeking info on excruciating foot pain associated with type II diabetes in a patient with good blood sugar control, utilizing Metaglip 2.5/500 and also on Crestor 20mg 2 x /day. Pt. has no edema or circulatory issues, is weight appropriate and is compliant.
