Default do i need the stuff or withdrawal?

Well I took my self off lexapro cold turkey about a month ago.
I am irritable and sad. Kind of have a why bother attitude. I have moments of possitivity but they don't last long. I am tired alot.

I can't tell if this means that I need the Lexapro or this is withdrawal symptoms.

Anyone have thoughts on this?

It is really hard to say, could be either, or could be both. Though these meds should really not be stopped cold turkey, you should talk to your doctor and taper off of them slowly.

I have just started the switch from Zoloft to Cymbalta, and I know had to cut to 50mgs for one week, then to 25mgs for a week, then 12.5mgs for a week, then I am done. Much easier on you and your body that way!

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
