My dad just got back from the doctors yesterday and was told he had bronchitis and he was prescribed this:
DE-CHLOR HC LIQUID SYP CYPRESS PH
Generic For> ATUSS HC SYP
QTY 180
The bottle also says to take 1-2 teaspoons every 4-6 hours. Now what SWIM is wondering is what chemicals are in this medicine? Now he told me to go online and find out about the medicine. I found out that hydrocodone is in there but my dad told me that I didnt even help him. I looked online even more, hes getting so mad at me that I jsut decided to ask in a forum. He wanted me to find out this info.
-How much hyrdocodone is in each teaspoonful
-What other chemicals are in the medicine
-Can this be used for rec purposes? (Asking because it might have other chemicals besides hydrocodone)
-Is there any better medication he can ask for for his sore throat?

please help me out my dad doesnt even want to speak with me til I figure this out.

tell your dad to phone the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist.And stop taking your old mans medicine!!!!!Dave
