Default Any suggestions for a medication change?

I've been taking Zoloft/Sertraline for depression and social anxiety. I've worked past the side effects and am now able to eat and sleep like normal. The sexual side effects are still there, but I kinda like that part of it. My problem is I don't think it's helping me. I'm kinda shaky and if I'm not 100% involved in what I'm doing I find myself yawning constantly.[?] It's also doing nothing for my social anxiety. It seems to help my depression though........

I've been wondering if maybe Paxil or Lexapro would be better for me? ....or maybe something else?

I've also noticed that in situations where I was comfortable before I find myself having anxiety problems. I wonder if I'm already building an immunity to the medication after only 3 weeks? I'm also not sure, but I think it seems to be limiting my concentration?[?]

Any suggestions?

I'm not crazy......

Hi, I can only tell you my experience as far as anxiety/depression goes: I take both Paxil and Klonopin. They work fantastically for me. I used to shake and sweat and be unable to concentrate in social situations, even if I knew everyone in the room. You will become physically dependent on the Klonopin though -- your doc might not be nuts about Rxing that right off the bat.

Good luck!

Well, I changed my dose to 50mg instead of 100mg a day and it seems to be better. I'm still a bit shakey at times, but as long as I keep food in my stomach I seem to be alright. I guess it's the price I have to pay......

I woke up in the middle of the night covered in sweat for some reason. I've never had that happen before. We keep the house very cool so it's ot like it was hot or anything. That's only happened one time so I'm hoping I'm over that.[?]

I'm not crazy......
