i have been on lexapro for a while ever since the attack i had at work and came home so i thought it would be alright to sleep and i thought i would feel better. but my mom tried to wake me up i didnt wake up the first time then she did it again the second time i still wouldnt wake up. then our family dog jumped up and licked my face still wouldnt wake up and the third time my mom woke me up i could hardly walk i was very wobbly and my speech was slurr and i was throwin up blood and i find out from the doctor that i had a minor stroke. and when i am finally on lexapro to keep me calm and mellow for a few days but when i forget to take it and when i sleep on my stomach in the middle of the bed i tend to jump in my sleep and dont know that i do it when that happens i wake up suddenly all scared and when i am layin on the couch takin a nap then my arm jumps. and i was wonderin is all the jumpin from my entire body and my arm is that a side effect of lexapro

Those types of symptoms are NOT normal and it should be brought to the attention of your dr immediately. Let us know what happens. God bless.
