im currently on daily

Adderall XR 40mg morning
topimax 50 mg morning
buspirone 15 mg morning
pristiq 50mg morning

15mg buspirone lunch also

100mg topimax night
.05mg colonidine night
100 mg serroquell night
15mg buspirone night

I have a drug test in 2 days. I have not used any drugs and I am not under any medication whatsoever.
Since this is for an important job offer and out of curiosity I bought a home drug test kit and used my first urination of the day for testing. The results were negative for 11 out of 12 drugs being tested.
I am not sure about the THC:


But my main issue is that it seems I am positive for Methadone !!! I have never used Methadone in my entire life in any shape or form. The only thing that occurred to me which doesn't even make sense is the fact that I had two shots of Fireball and 2 shots of tequila last night at a party.
IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE??
