I have been taking 6 or more of the 10mg hydrocodones a day (or sometimes 60mg oxycodone) for awhile. I am switching to methadone due to the cost and was wondering how many mg of methadone I should take. I took methadone once about a year ago, and if I remember correctly I took a 40 mg wafer and felt extremely great for two whole days. Does anyone know how many mg of methadone is equal to 6 hydrocodone(10's)?
