Zegerid increase blood sugar in Diabetic?

I notice a sizable increase in my BG's when I take Zegerid 40mg packet in the am. This am results as follows:
6:30am BG89
7:00am Zegerid 40mg
7:30am BG144
8:30am BG271

Can you tell me how much sugar or carbs is in 40mg packet so I can determine if it is the zegerid or dawn phen.
