Withdrawal symptoms and antihistamines...loratadine, diphenhy.

Does anyone have any advice on using antihistamines to reduce withdrawal symptoms from SSRIs?

I've been having the gamut of physical withdrawal symptoms; including problems with my eyes and skin, so I tried some OTC loratadine (Claritin) and some diphenhydramine (Benadryl) at night to help sleep.

How much is too much? Suggestions? Advice??
