Question Why cant you give a child aspirin?

I know you cant give a child aspirin but have never been told why. What would happen if a child was given aspirin?

Because there's a chance it could lead to Rye's Syndrome, it is rare though.

Cat is right. Rhyes syndrome is rare but very dangerous....you are way better off sticking with ibuprofen or tylenol.
