Default When to take - Saccharomyces boulardii?
My doctor recently prescribed Saccharomyces boulardii capsules twice a day but he didn't advised me when to take the tablet.

I mean is it After Food or Before Food (Empty Stomatch)

I would like to know when I should take this capsule for best results. I also want to know the benefits of this capsule.

Please suggest
