Default what is opana similar to

i am taking 30 mg oxycodone 3 times a day and i am thinking of going to opana but i dont know anythig about it. can anyone tell me what its like.

Opana, from what I understand, is oxymorphone, which is a stronger painkiller than oxycodone. 10mg of opana is equal to 20mg of oxycodone. It is a long-term pain reliever like OxyContin. So if you take it the way it is prescribed, it should have similar effects as OC. Let me know how you make out.
